Property Management of the Lakeshore was established in 2003 when Linda O’Brien decided to become an entrepreneur. Prior to 2003 Linda and her husband Jeff purchased several rental properties and she liked the feel of making them better living spaces. At the beginning they did all the work, everything from cleaning to changing faucets. As the business grew, they were able to hire other people to handle those jobs. Over the years Linda has acquired knowledge on the legal aspects of being a Property Manager and works hard to not only protect her client’s properties, but also to collect rent and to garnish when needed. The number of properties managed, and the number of staff are always changing. Property Management of the Lakeshore was able to evolve during the Covid-19 pandemic and made it out on the other side even better.
